We don’t just design great packaging lines, we install them as well. Sometimes, our installation consists of simply leveling and lagging a machine to the floor.
At other times, we provide a complete turnkey system that includes unloading, assembly, mounting, pneumatics, controls, electrical, programming, start-up and system training.
By using our own crew instead of subcontracting the installation, you know that there will not be any finger pointing during the installation and start-up process. Our field service support personnel are trained in all aspects of the equipment that we sell and will provide you with a safe install and worry-free start-up.

Training Services
System training is often under-appreciated, and thus neglected. The consequences of poorly trained staff range from minor inefficiencies to catastrophic injury or death. We take system training seriously – providing in-person, expert training with all major systems we sell.
We also provide training videos and equipment manual re-writes to better train your staff on many individual packaging machines. Here’s a sample clip of a training video for loading a custom machine. And, here’s an example of a manual re-write to help operators properly load a labeler.
Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT)
Factory Acceptance Tests are crucial to a successful installation and start-up. The ability to see and sign-off on a whole system before making the next progress payment or causing a single second of production downtime saves time, money, and headaches.
Unlike more sales-oriented companies, we have a facility with both offices and warehouse space that can fit multiple fully-assembled packaging lines. A FAT plays a critical role in why we’re able to promise “turn-key packaging systems” while others plan to wing-it.
Disaster Recovery
We can help you recover from “disasters” – natural and otherwise!
When a factory floods or burns, we can help you assess damages and determine what equipment can be salvaged and at what cost. Not only do we provide this onsite service, but we can also assist in creating a recovery plan for your insurance claims adjuster to most accurately provide fair compensation for your loss.
What does “…and otherwise” mean?
Sometimes project go so badly that they can only be described as “disasters.” We’ve seen plenty of companies quit and/or go out-of-business rather than complete the job and make good on their promises. Some companies make it a regular practice to over-promise and under-deliver to make a profit. When not criminal, it is often unethical – and unfortunate, at the very least.
We have been called in to more than a few plants to fix the unfixable! Keeping a positive attitude, we assess what went wrong and provide a proposal on how to fix it. During this sensitive time, we clearly outline our value-add knowledge and directly communicate our suggestions for recovery. One of our best ongoing clients is a direct result of another company bailing on their newly installed robotic palletizer.
