Before any design or development take place, our engineers take the time necessary to gain a thorough understanding of your current processes and what you would like to see improved.
We work with you to meet your specific packaging needs.
With years of experience designing lines, selecting the best machines, and seamlessly integrating them into new and existing processes, we can help you weigh all your packaging options.

Project Management
Many companies say they do “integration” while they really provide sales and project management.
The line between integration and project management is often hard to pinpoint. We see “integration” as transforming multiple machines into a turn-key system – including interactive controls with common communication protocol, expert project management, professional installation, and responsive continued system service.
That said, sometimes clients only require a packaging expert to act as a project manager – checking and double-checking the machine specs, dealing with multiple equipment suppliers, and communicating/consulting with your capable internal staff to help them complete a project.
System Auditing
Recently, we have seen corporate attitudes shift towards a new emphasis on increased energy efficiency and many new environmental government tax incentives to consider.
Political views associated with terms like Energy Star, green energy, and carbon footprint reduction aside – increased efficiencies usually translate to both lower cost and less environmental impact.
Equipment companies come out with new and more efficient products more often than ever before. As packaging professionals, we are committed to staying current with the latest and most energy efficient products. As business consultants, we stay informed about energy grants and government subsidies and tax incentives.
Custom Equipment Design
Can’t find what you’re looking for? — Maybe it doesn’t exist!
While a time-tested solution is always preferred, we don’t shy away from designing and building custom machines. We know what works – and what doesn’t – from our diverse experience with all types of packaging and material handling equipment.
We begin with an objective and conception discussion ensues. Next, the thoughts and/or cocktail napkin scratchings are usually transformed into AutoCAD and/or SolidWorks drawings. After review, one or more physical test models are constructed to make sure we’re headed in the right direction.
After confirmation of the physics, engineers head back to AutoCAD and/or SolidWorks to semi-finalize the design before costly prototyping. Engineers test and simulate as much as possible digitally, before a full physical prototype is constructed. If all goes as planned, the final machine is produced, programmed, and de-bugged before shipping to your factory floor.
AutoCAD Drawing & Renderings
Do you need a current drawing of your facility? — We know CAD at an expert level!
Accurate, up-to-date drawings could mean the difference between that new packaging equipment fitting the room and you searching for a new job. As you should expect from any respectable engineering firm, we pride ourselves in our attention to detail.
The process usually begins with an onsite visit to collect measurements of every machine, conveyor, wall, door, post, beam, hole, etc., etc. but sometime our part can be as simple as moving a few items on a current drawing per your specifications.
We also provide amazing 3D renderings which can standalone as framed art on the wall, but are typically used to help envision a new line in a project request presentation. You can see many examples of 3D rendering all over this website.
